China Crude Oil import right open

In 2015, China NDRC has implemented the “open” signal in crude oil area. Till 6^th September, 7 independent refineries have got the crude oil import rights:34,740,000 ton/year. The refineries are Shandong Dongming Petroleum, Panjin Northern Fuel, Shandong Kenli Petrochemical, Lijin Petrochemical, Sinochem Hongrun, Dongying Yatong, Baota Petrochem.

Besides, Shandong Chambroad and Shouguang Luqing finished assessment, just waiting for government declaring.

China Crude Oil Futures in the countdown

Recently, INE have released 4 detailed crude oil futures guidelines for public consideration, also released the crude oil futures standard contract. According to INE related colleague, crude oil futures list just waiting for the last approval from CSRC.

Material：BTX aromatics, Heavy aromatics, MTBE…
