On 6th April, several large bulk carriers loaded 22,000 tons of Qingshan nickel from Indonesia to China. It was a new chapter of building progress in Indonesia. On 9th April, BKPM Indonesia decided to relax restrictions for foreign investment scale, which undoubtedly boost for the building-factory upsurge. Does the Indonesian NPI cost less? Will nickel industrial structure be changed in this situation?
The laws of new environmental protection in 2015 put into effect and local government has different standards. Nickel and steel companies mostly halted in Shandong and Inner Mongolia.
