7th Nickel Global 2015
Time:2015-03-30 -03-31location:guowai Manila
The global nickel capacity was 2.6 million tons in 2013, 39% from Indonesia and 27.7% from the Philippines. However, the occupation of Indonesia decreased to 10.4% from January to August 2014, and the Philippines filled up the shortage for the nickel mine supply to China during the period. After the nickel mine export ban policy is released by Indonesia Authority, the Philippines will be the focus of nickel market in 2015, and it is heard that the mine capacity in the Philippines will increase in 2015.
Therefore, Chinese buyers pay close attention to some other nickel mine origins, such as the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Caledonia, etc.
Meanwhile, Mr. Xi Jinping, the president of China, had a summit meeting with Mr. Abbott, the prime minister of Australia, on November 17 for negotiation on Free Trade Agreement between China and Australia. It is said that the tariff of some mineral products, such as aluminum, zinc, nickel and copper, will be exempted, which will exert positive impact on China nickel market. Also, the listing date of nickel futures in China is coming soon.
Under these circumstances, 7th Nickel Global is coming soon and we are sincerely inviting you to join us at the beginning of 2015. It will help you making a good plan for the whole-year.
