With the development of Biology and  Biology engineering technology, research of immunotherapy has been developed well. Apart from the breakthroughs in immunotherapy drugs, cellular immunotherapy has been developed and applied in tumor treatment. Novartis is in the clinical stage of CART-19. GSK collaborates with Immunocore in its Cellular immunotheraphy drug ImmTACs. Cart project is in the clinical stage. Domestically, CART and TCRT have been supported by major projects fund.

With breakthrough in basic research done, cellular immunotherapy's clinical trial is never too early to begin, so that voices of government and supervisors are apparently essential.
